During my time at Urbian, I partnered with an emerging edtech startup to design a platform redefining how students access higher education funding. Developed within a Social Tech incubation programme, the platform used intelligent matching algorithms to connect students with scholarships, grants, and sponsorships aligned to their unique profiles, qualifications, and aspirations.

The goal was to simplify a complex, fragmented process into something effortless and human. By replacing multiple applications with a single dynamic form, the platform reduces friction and restores focus, empowering students to spend less time navigating bureaucracy and more time pursuing their education.

Every design decision centred on empathy and access. The interface was structured around clarity, legibility, and trust, while the visual language expressed optimism and progress. The result is a platform that felt personal, adaptive and quietly transformative, where technology serves learning, not the other way around.
